Empowered Birthing NYC offers classes for mom and birth partner in our Far Rockaway, NY location and via zoom during the Covid Pandemic.

Your safety and comfort is of paramount importance, and you can choose which venue you prefer.

Classes are given in a 5-week series, approximately 2.5 hours each class.

Before class begins you will receive a text book and beautiful spiral along with an audio soundtrack with prerecorded relaxation exercises.

Course Investment: $399.
